The Scotland Effect series Hector McNeill, the Director of The Systems Engineering Economics Lab has offered to support the National Conversation by organizing some contributions on constitutional economics and other matters. He has expressed the opinion that the enthusiasm with which people in Scotland are approaching this initiative is likely to have spin offs on other slower moving initiatives concerning the European and British constitutions. This is why the name of the series is "The Scotland Effect".
